5th IRF Regional Conference on"Institutional Arrangement for Reduction of Road Fatalities"
IRF(India) is organizing the 5th Regional Conference after four very successful conferences since 2006.The last one was a highly successful Conference with very lasting impact on the road safety related activities in India.A large number of the present initiatives of Govt of India have been drawn arising from the recommendations of the Conference that was held during 23rd-24thOctober 2009.
One of the key areas which would go for a long way in mitigating the ill effects of road accidents and improving road safety is to have an appropriate institutional arrangement for reduction of road fatalities.Accordingly,the IRF India is holding this important Regional Conference .
